- Send the request from your registered account email.
- We may ask for limited additional information to confirm account ownership.
- Once verified, we will process the request and confirm when deletion is complete.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You may withdraw your request before deletion is completed by replying to the same email thread.
Information deleted
Deletion removes or de-identifies information associated with your account, including your profile, profile photo, availability, selected location and playing radius, social connections, notification registration and other account-linked personal information.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement of our terms. Match and result records may be de-identified or retained in a form that no longer identifies you where needed to protect ranking integrity. Information may also remain temporarily in secure backups before being overwritten.
